To create this cozy classic holiday look, we began with our signature flocked greenery available in the Urbanhome showroom and layered in rustic textures from our Old World Collection. Our rustic stone bowls filled with frosted grandland, filled with pine cones and crackle glass globes bring a soft holiday glow and natural warmth to the space.
We added our feathery tree décor and a mix of white ornaments to complement the flocked greenery, creating a plush wintry feel. Neutral sofas were styled with faux fur throws and textural pillows for depth and comfort, while brushed gold accents from lighting and decorative trays added gentle contrast and sophistication.
The result is a warm, inviting space that feels timeless, layered, and effortlessly luxurious—perfect for celebrating the season at home.
Designer Tip: Keep your base neutral and build dimension through tone-on-tone whites, natural pine textures, and soft metallic finishes. A cozy throw, glowing accent light, or handcrafted holiday accessory adds the perfect finishing touch for a beautifully classic Christmas style.

Minimalist Holiday Look
Our modern holiday decor is all about contrast and bold simplicity. We wanted to create a modern minimalist look that feels beautiful all winter long… refined, sculptural, and effortless.
This dining scene began with our Canadian-made custom loft table, designed in-house at Urbanhome and paired with some of our favourite accent pieces that blend everyday elegance with a touch of seasonal warmth.
Here we focused on a green-forward palette with subtle moody tones. We started with our Fresh Touch Spruce Garland, known for its incredibly realistic texture, and added burgundy branches and berries for a hint of richness and depth. Sculptural black accent bowls anchor the look, creating contrast that feels intentional and modern.
To complete the design, we incorporated black marble candle holders with flickering candles, and layered in a few of our favourite evergreen trees—including olive and fiddle leaf—for height and natural texture. The result is a sophisticated holiday look that transitions seamlessly beyond the season, perfect for those who prefer an elevated, non-flocked approach to holiday decorating.
Designer Tip: For a timeless modern holiday look, keep the foundation neutral and let shape and texture do the talking. Mix sculptural pieces with organic greenery and subtle metallics for balance. A bold centrepiece and soft lighting instantly make any dining room feel festive and refined.
