When our client approached Urbanhome, he was navigating more than a new address, he was entering a new season of life. Following the loss of both of his parents and the sale of his childhood home, his new condo at the prestigious Harbour Club became more than a place to live. It became a fresh beginning.

The condo came with newly installed finishes – masculine and modern, which suited his minimalist taste. But the space lacked warmth, flow, and the intentional energy he was craving. That’s where our team stepped in.

Before & After: Living Room Transformation

From stark and sparse to layered and lived-in, the living room now reflects his style: calm, refined, and purposeful. We reimagined the space with clean-lined furniture scaled to suit the condo’s layout, layered textures to soften the mood, and one standout architectural detail—a custom TV feature wall that anchors the room without overwhelming it.

Design Tip:

In small spaces, go big on impact—without clutter. Scale, symmetry, and function-first furnishings are key.

Before & After: Bedroom Reveal

Our client’s bedroom needed to be more than restful…it had to feel intentional. We opted for plush neutrals, tailored textiles, and furniture pieces that offered both beauty and storage. Layered lighting, grounded tones, and thoughtful styling brought this minimalist space to life.

Design Tip:

Don’t underestimate texture. In a minimal space, soft linens, textured pillows, and tonal contrast bring warmth and dimension.

The Process: Function, Flow & Trust

With limited square footage, every design decision mattered. From day one, our client trusted our expertise but also contributed clear feedback that shaped the project in a meaningful way.

This Harbour Club home now supports his lifestyle with comfort, elegance, and intention.
